§ 138-59. Signs for major cultural institutions.

Signs for major cultural institutions, as defined in section 142-1032, shall be subject to the following:

Type of Sign	Number	Sign Area	Special Conditions
Flat wall signs or canopy/marquee sign: Identifying the name of the institution.	Total number of signs to be determined under the design review procedures.	Total sign area to be determined under the design review procedures.	None.
Detached monument signs: Identifying the name of the institution.	One fixed sign per site.	15 square feet maximum.	Height and size of monument shall be determined under the design review process.
