§ 122-4. Concurrency required.

  • Unless exempt under the provisions of section 122-5 hereof:

    (1)

    No development order shall be granted unless the applicant for development approval is the holder of a valid preliminary concurrency determination;

    (2)

    No building permit shall be granted unless the applicant is the holder of a final concurrency reservation certificate; and

    (3)

    No final concurrency reservation certificate shall be granted unless the applicant is the holder of a final development order and has paid applicable mitigation fees in accordance with this Code.
