§ 94-41. Authorized.

The city commission may provide for the cost of a project by the levying in the area in which the project is located special assessments upon benefited property within such area at the rate of assessment based on the special benefit accruing to such property from such project. Such special assessments shall be assessed in conformity with the special assessment procedure of this article.
