§ 90-137. Schedule of fees for collection and disposal of garbage and trash.

(a)

Fees for collection and disposal of garbage and trash are as specified in appendix A.

(b)

The charges, rates, and other terms for collection and disposal for commercial establishments will be as prescribed in the contract entered into between the particular establishment and the private waste contractor.

(c)

The city manager shall have the authority to adjust base fees (upwards or downwards, as the case may be) where, in particular instances, the accumulation of solid waste exceeds or falls below that for which the base fee was established.
