§ 22-30. Applicability.

Latest version.

(a)

This chapter shall be applicable to all cable systems now existing in the city on the date hereof and to all applicants for cable franchises, to the full extent permitted by Federal and state law.

(b)

Any person shall notify the city in writing within 30 calendar days of the passage of this chapter, or any subsequent amendment thereof, of:

(1)

Any provision which it believes should not be applicable to it.

(2)

The reason for each such claim of non-applicability.

(c)

Failure to notify the city as provided in subsection (b) of this section shall constitute a waiver of any right to object.
