§ 18-926. License denial, revocation, or suspension for certain offenses.

The City Manager, for good and sufficient cause, may deny an application for any permit
or license issued under this Code if, during the five-year period prior to the date
of the application, the applicant has admitted guilt or liability or has been found
guilty or liable in any judicial or administrative proceeding of committing or attempting
to commit a willful violation, or two or more violations which do not include a willful
violation, of the provisions promulgated under this article or under the State Minimum
Wage Laws or the federal Fair Labor Standards Act.
