§ 18-214. Inventory.

(a)

A complete inventory listing must be maintained at the premises licensed under this article and shall be available for inspection at all times by the city manager or his designee.

(b)

The inventory listing shall be updated daily to reflect all sales or reductions in stock.

(c)

The addition or substitution of goods listed on the original inventory listing is prohibited.
